Return Policy
Defective or Incorrect Items
We accept returns only for defective or incorrect items. Since we operate via dropshipping, products are shipped directly from our supplier and we do not hold inventory ourselves. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [theodor.kavalic07@gmail.com] with a photo of the product and a brief description of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Defective Items
We do not accept returns for non-defective items, as the products are shipped directly from our supplier.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you order from a European Union country, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, for any reason. Since we use dropshipping, we handle this by offering refunds or replacements instead of physical returns, in accordance with applicable law.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
